A notable comment suggests that while Bills' WR Skyler Bell has looked good in some areas, he also has lacked consistency in his catches. Numerous accounts on Twitter picked this up and ran with it, mostly out of context. This was a minor concern on Bell's draft report, but not enough to scare Matt Waldman, who issued his August Dynasty RSP Rankings, where Skyler Bell still sits perched at the #7 overall rookie.
