JoeA spitting the truth about Jordan Love. His efficiency profile is being propped up by Green Bay’s offensive structure, not because he is consistently carrying the offense himself. The Packers are at their best when the run game dictates terms, keeps defenses honest, and lets Love work off play action, defined reads, and favorable down-and-distance situations. When he is forced into true high-volume dropback mode, the cracks show: inconsistent accuracy, spotty middle-of-the-field anticipation, too many late or risky throws, and a deep ball that does not punish defenses enough to scare them out of aggressive looks. Love can be productive in the right ecosystem, but asking him to be the engine of a pass-first offense is a very different bet than letting him operate as the beneficiary of one of the league’s better-designed run-first attacks.

The internet is abuzz about Chargers' OC Mike McDaniel stating that he'd be splitting the backfield 3 ways. This is the same Mike McDaniel that said the same exact thing while the HC of the Dolphins, where De’Von Achane was the RB5. I have no idea why anyone believes him, but Kimani Vidal went for $18 on the waiver wire in one of my leagues this morning. To the Omarion Hampton managers- you're fine. Breathe.

Legendary Buffalo beat reporter Joe Buscaglia issued a Stock Report after two weeks of Bills training camp. A notable comment suggests that while Bills' WR Skyler Bell has looked good in some areas, he also has lacked consistency in his catches. Numerous accounts on Twitter picked this up and ran with it, mostly out of context. This was a minor concern on Bell's draft report, but not enough to scare Matt Waldman, who issued his August Dynasty RSP Rankings, where Skyler Bell still sits perched at the #7 overall rookie. The Foundry recommends readers checkout both links, and give the 4th round draft pick some time!
